A Detached Holiday Cottage in Benllech, 300 Yards from the Beach
Rosedale is a bright, spacious detached holiday cottage in the heart of Benllech on Anglesey’s east coast, just a short stroll — about 300 yards — from a glorious sandy beach. A four-star home sleeping up to ten across four bedrooms, with a woodburning stove, a sunny conservatory and a large enclosed garden, it makes an ideal base for a family seaside holiday at any time of year, with shops, pubs and the coast path right on the doorstep.
Bright, Spacious and Comfortable
At the heart of Rosedale is a generous open-plan living space: a comfortable sitting room with a woodburning stove (logs included), flowing through to a stylish kitchen with a breakfast bar and on to a sunny conservatory overlooking the garden. The four bedrooms sleep up to ten — two doubles on the ground floor and, upstairs, a double and a kingsize, each with a day bed — making it flexible for families and groups. There are two bathrooms, oil central heating, Wi-Fi, bed linen and towels, plus a travel cot, highchair, welcome pack and an external utility with a washing machine.
Garden, Parking and Pets
Outside, a large enclosed lawned garden has a patio, a bench and a children’s play area — a safe, sociable spot for families — along with a bike store and private parking for four cars. Dogs are welcome, and the cottage is no-smoking throughout. (Please note a £200 security deposit applies.)
Made for a Family Seaside Holiday
Rosedale is built for easy family seaside breaks. With a children’s play area in the garden, the beach barely 300 yards away and shops, pubs and cafés just 50 yards from the door, days here fall into a happy rhythm of sandcastles, ice creams and coastal walks. The bright open-plan living space gives everyone room to gather, while the woodburner makes it just as welcoming for an autumn or winter escape.

Benllech is one of Anglesey’s most popular family seaside villages, with a wide sandy beach, plenty of pubs, cafés and takeaways, and superb walking along the Anglesey Coastal Path. A little along the coast lies the pretty fishing village of Moelfre, with its lifeboat station, museum and sea-watch centre, while historic Beaumaris and its Edward I castle are an easy drive away.
Exploring Anglesey and Snowdonia
