Updating Your Listing — Owner Guide
There are two ways to keep your Wales Tourists Online listing up to date. Pick whichever suits you — most owners just use the first.
The easy way — email us
Send your new wording or photos to mail@walestouristsonline.co.uk and we will update your listing for you, free of charge. Photos can be straight off your phone or website — nothing to resize or format.
Or update it yourself
- Log in. Click Log in at the top of the site and enter your username or email address and your password.
- Open “My Listings”. After logging in you land on your listings page, where your property is shown.
- Click Edit on your property to open the editing screen.
- Change your wording in the description box.
- Add or change your photos (see below).
- Save. Scroll to the bottom and click Save. Your changes go live straight away.
Changing your photos
- Use the upload button to add new pictures and remove old ones.
- The first photo is your main photo (shown in search results). Drag photos to reorder them.
- To remove a photo, use the small × or delete icon on it.
- Photos straight from your phone or website are fine — no resizing needed.
- Remember to Save at the bottom afterwards.
Special offers
You can also add your own special offers (a midweek deal, an off-season break) from the Special Offers section of your dashboard. They appear on your listing and on our Special Offers page. Not sure how? Email us the details and we will set it up.
Stuck, or would rather we did it?
