Lamphey is a small spot with a very deep past. My top tip is the Bishop's Palace. It was once a grand home for the men of the church. You can find local milk and eggs at the farm shops nearby. The lanes are narrow and lined with grey stone walls. To find the best views, head to the paths that lead south. It is a calm place for a slow walk in the sun. This is real Pembrokeshire. It is a gem.
