A Single-Storey Barn with Hot Tub near Chepstow

Court Park Barn is a beautifully converted, single-storey stone barn in a peaceful rural setting near Chepstow, on the edge of the Wye Valley and the Forest of Dean. Sleeping up to four across two en-suite bedrooms, dog-friendly and full of character, it makes an idyllic retreat for two couples or a small family. With a striking vaulted open-plan living space, a private hot tub on the patio and an enclosed paddock for exercising the dogs, it is a wonderfully relaxing base for exploring this beautiful border country.

Stylish, Vaulted Living

The heart of the barn is a lovely open-plan living space beneath a vaulted, beamed ceiling, with comfortable leather sofas, an electric fire, a dining area and floor-to-ceiling windows looking out over the courtyard and paddock. The well-equipped kitchen has an electric oven, gas hob, microwave, fridge/freezer, dishwasher and washing machine. As a single-storey barn with underfloor heating throughout and no internal steps, it is easy and comfortable to get around. Electricity, bed linen, towels and Wi-Fi are all included, with a welcome pack and doggy extras on arrival.

Two En-Suite Bedrooms

Both bedrooms have their own en-suite shower rooms. One has a super-king bed that can be arranged as twins on request, and the other a king-size bed, each finished with characterful beams and exposed stonework. It is a comfortable, flexible layout for couples or a small family.

Hot Tub, Paddock and Garden

Outside, a sunny patio has garden furniture and a private hot tub set against the old stone barn wall — a lovely spot to unwind and watch the local wildlife. There is also an enclosed lawned paddock, perfect for exercising your four-legged friends (up to two dogs welcome; no cats or other pets), and private parking for two cars. The barn is no-smoking throughout.
