Llanbedr is a small village in Gwynedd. My top tip is Shell Island. It is a prime choice for a low cost walk. You can find many rare shells on the sand at low tide. The village has two large standing stones. They are from the Bronze Age. You can see them near the road for free. The River Artro flows through the centre of the town. You can walk the paths by the water. To find the best views, head to the hills of the Rhinog range. They are rocky and wild. This spot has deep roots in the past. It is a fine place for a break in North Wales. Life here is slow and the lanes are narrow.
