By purchasing a listing package on Wales Tourists Online, you agree to the subscription terms set out below.
Wales Tourists Online offers paid listing packages for accommodation providers and other tourism-related businesses. The features, price and duration of each package will be shown clearly at the point of purchase.
Unless stated otherwise, each package runs for a period of 12 months from the date your payment is successfully processed.
By purchasing a paid package, you authorise Wales Tourists Online and/or our payment provider to take payment automatically every 12 months using the payment method you provided at checkout.
Your package will automatically renew at the end of each 12-month billing period unless you cancel it before the next renewal payment is due.
The renewal payment will be for the package price shown at the time of renewal, unless we have notified you of a price change in advance.
You can cancel your subscription before the next billing period by using the cancellation option in your account dashboard, where available, or by contacting us directly.
Cancellation must be completed before the renewal payment is taken. Once cancelled, your package will remain active until the end of the current paid 12-month period, unless we agree otherwise in writing.
After cancellation, your listing may be downgraded, unpublished, removed, or lose access to paid package features at the end of the current paid period.
Where required by law, or where we consider it appropriate, we may send a reminder before your package renews. It is your responsibility to keep your contact details up to date so that you receive important account, billing and renewal notices.
If a renewal payment fails, we may attempt to take payment again using the same payment method. If payment is not successfully received, we may suspend, downgrade or remove your listing and package features until payment is made.
Package fees are generally non-refundable once the package has started, except where required by law or where we agree otherwise in writing.
If you are entitled to a statutory cancellation or cooling-off right, this will not be affected by these terms. Where a refund is due, we may deduct a reasonable amount for any service already provided, where permitted by law.
We may change the price of our packages from time to time. If your subscription is due to renew at a different price, we will notify you in advance where required. If you do not wish to continue at the new price, you must cancel before the next renewal payment is taken.
Our paid listing packages are intended for accommodation providers, tourism businesses and other commercial users. By purchasing a package, you confirm that you are acting for business purposes unless you tell us otherwise before purchase.

You must not upload images taken from Google Images, other accommodation websites, OTAs, tourist board websites, social media pages or photographer portfolios unless you have permission to do so.
If your images include guests, staff, children, members of the public or any identifiable person, you are responsible for ensuring that you have any consent required to use those images for your listing and promotional purposes.
We may edit, refuse, suspend or remove any content at our discretion, including where we believe it may:
We are not responsible for checking or verifying the ownership, licence status or legality of every image or piece of content uploaded by users.
If a claim, complaint, demand, legal action or cost arises because of content you uploaded or provided, including an image licensing or copyright claim, you agree to be responsible for that claim.
You agree to indemnify Wales Tourists Online, its owners, team members and representatives against any losses, costs, damages, legal fees, settlement payments or expenses arising from your content, your breach of these terms, or your failure to obtain the necessary rights, licences or permissions.
