A mysterious Dark Age boatman guides you through a waterfall and takes you back in time into the Dark Ages. You will get to explore winding tunnels and vast underground caverns as you listen to tales of many Welsh legends and hear stories about King Arthur. Corris Mine Explorers

Explore a practically abandoned Welsh Slate Mine guided by one of Wales’ best mine explorers. The mine operated from 1836 up to the early 1970s when the miners abandoned it. The mine’s rich mining history consists of more than 130 years captured inside just waiting to be discovered. The mine looks as if it just closed as the tools, machinery, candles, and even cigarettes are still in place as they were left by the miners. Visit the mines and see firsthand the hard working life of the miners.
