3 Bythynnod yr Aran is a semi-detached property that has been converted from a Grade II listed building which began life as the towns workhouse, now transformed into beautiful, self-catering accommodation.

The properties stone-built exterior and vaulted ceilings give it a whimsical touch making it the perfect spot for romantic holidays and short breaks. It has an excellent location which offers total privacy but also provides easy access to the towns main facilities. The local Shops, pubs, restaurants are a short 2 minute walk away.

If you are not up to water-sports, discover the history of the area by visiting Tomen y Bala. This is a medieval castle mound located next to Bala high street. The steep-sided mound is 9m high and 40m wide and is believed to have been an ancient administrative centre. Explore the surrounding area by visiting the Snowdonia Mountain Range or the Berwyn Mountains which offer a range of outdoor pursuits. Some of the activities you'll find here include mountain biking, walking, and climbing. Go for a walk or climb and see the beautiful sights the area has to offer.
