Inside the caravan

The caravan has a bright, open-plan living space that brings together a comfortable sitting area with an electric fire and TV, a dining area, and a well-equipped kitchen with a gas oven and hob and a fridge-freezer — everything you need for easy self-catering. There are two bedrooms, a double and a small twin, along with a shower room and a separate cloakroom. WiFi and gas central heating are provided, and bed linen and towels are included, so there is very little to bring.

Outside, the enclosed decking with patio furniture is a pleasant spot to relax with a drink after a day at the beach, and there is off-road parking for one car.

Beaches and days out on the Carmarthenshire coast

This quiet stretch of the Carmarthenshire coast, around the Gwendraeth and Tywi estuaries, is a lovely spot for a seaside holiday. The medieval town of Kidwelly, with its superbly preserved Norman castle, is close by, and just along the coast at Pembrey you will find Cefn Sidan — eight miles of golden Blue Flag sand — backed by the forests, trails and activities of Pembrey Country Park.

Llanelli, with its Millennium Coastal Park, wetland centre and Machynys golf, is a short drive south, while the market town of Carmarthen, the National Botanic Garden of Wales and the beaches and cliffs of the Gower Peninsula — Britain’s first Area of Outstanding Natural Beauty — are all within easy reach for day trips.
