A seafront holiday home in Mumbles

This is about as close to the sea as you can stay. A clever upside-down layout makes the most of the views: the first floor has a bright open-plan living and dining space and a well-equipped modern kitchen with a dishwasher and washer-dryer, opening onto a balcony — the perfect spot for a morning coffee watching the boats come and go. The bedrooms are on the ground floor, keeping the living space and those sea views upstairs where you will want to spend your days.

Good to know

The upstairs living space and balcony are designed to make the most of the uninterrupted Swansea Bay views, which are the real highlight here. Being right on the promenade, you can leave the car and enjoy Mumbles entirely on foot, from the cafes to the pier. It is a popular spot in summer, so booking ahead is recommended for the warmer months.
