At the heart of the house is a superb open-plan kitchen, dining and garden room: a smart oak kitchen with a range cooker flows into a big dining table for the whole party and on to a bright garden room with a bay window framing the countryside. There is a separate sitting room and a second lounge with a fire, giving everyone room to relax. The five bedrooms sleep up to ten — a super-kingsize, a kingsize and twins, two of them with en-suite shower rooms — served by three bathrooms in total. Oil central heating, electricity, bed linen, towels and Wi-Fi are included, along with a travel cot, highchair, stairgate and a utility room with a washer and dryer.

Decking, Fire Pit and Garden

Outside, an enclosed lawned garden has a smart deck with a pergola, festoon lights and a gas fire pit with seating — a lovely spot to gather on summer evenings. There is private parking for three cars, and up to two dogs are welcome. The house is no-smoking throughout (please note there are three steps in the garden).
