Bedrooms and outdoor space

There are two bedrooms — one with a king-size bed and one with a full bed — sleeping up to four. Outside, a garden and sun terrace with a barbecue and an outdoor fire pit make the most of the setting, and there are farm animals to enjoy nearby. Dogs are welcome on request, with a dedicated dog area. Please note the barn has steep stairs, so it is not ideal for anyone with mobility difficulties.

This is wonderful, unspoilt country for the outdoors. Builth Wells, with its market, shops and riverside, is close by, and the spectacular reservoirs and dams of the Elan Valley are within reach for a memorable day out. The wild Cambrian Mountains roll away to the north and west, with miles of walking and cycling, and the famous book town of Hay-on-Wye, with its bookshops and festival, is an easy drive. The area is also superb for red-kite watching.
