The cottage

Granary Cottage has two bedrooms — a main double upstairs and a downstairs room that can be a king-size or two singles — sleeping up to five in comfortable, characterful living space. Upstairs there is a family bathroom with a separate shower cubicle, with a handy downstairs cloakroom and WC as well. The well-equipped kitchen has a large dining area with an electric oven, hob, microwave, fridge, freezer and dishwasher, so self-catering is easy. A wood burner (with unlimited logs) and oil-fired central heating keep things warm and welcoming, and there is a Smart TV plus dedicated workspaces if you need to stay connected.

Garden and parking

Outside, the secluded south-facing garden is a real suntrap, with a wooden table and benches, sun-loungers, deckchairs and a charcoal barbecue — perfect for long summer evenings. There is off-road parking at the front of the cottage and a secure shed for storing bikes, ideal for exploring the lanes and trails of the valley. Please note the cottage does not accept dogs and is non-smoking throughout.
