At the heart of the barn is a striking open-plan living and dining area with a vaulted, beamed ceiling, comfortable leather sofas and a long dining table seating the whole party, opening through French doors to the terrace. A second sitting room has a characterful stone fireplace, and the well-equipped kitchen has a range cooker, with a separate utility room. There is a Freeview TV, DVD and CD player, and oil central heating, electricity, bed linen, towels and Wi-Fi are all included. A self-contained annexe adds extra flexible space.

The six bedrooms offer plenty of flexibility for a big group: a king-size and a double, each with an en-suite shower and French doors to the garden, twin rooms (one with a Jack-and-Jill en-suite), and a further twin in the eaves, plus the annexe. A family bathroom with a spa bath completes the accommodation. With four bathrooms in total, there is plenty of room for everyone.

Riverside Setting and Terrace

Outside, a large decked and paved terrace with French doors running along the barn is perfect for al fresco dining and relaxing, with the river close by and open countryside all around.
