The living area has a 50-inch Smart TV, table football and a gas fire, and there is a second living room with another Smart TV and an electric fire. The kitchen is well equipped with an electric oven, a gas hob, a microwave, an air fryer, an American-style fridge/freezer, a wine cooler and a dishwasher, with a washer/dryer in a utility cupboard. Gas central heating, electricity, bed linen, towels and Wi-Fi are all included, along with a travel cot, highchair, stairgate and fireguard.

On the ground floor is a bedroom with two profile single beds, a Smart TV and a games console, alongside a well-equipped wet room with a shower, hoist, grab rail and shower seat — with widened doors making the ground floor easy to move around. Upstairs are three further bedrooms: a zip-and-link super-king (which can be made up as twins), a double, and a room with a single bed and a pull-out single, plus a family bathroom with a bath and shower. Altogether the cottage sleeps up to seven.

Outside, the enclosed garden has garden furniture and those superb panoramic estuary views — a lovely place to relax in the fresh air. There is private parking for two cars, and the property is no-smoking throughout. One small dog is welcome, with doggy extras provided.
