Sleeping eight in real comfort, with a rear gate opening onto a path down to sandy, sheltered beaches in around fifteen minutes, it is an exceptional base for a family or two couples who like the good things — and the sea on the doorstep.

The interior is genuinely high-spec: a stunning kitchen with electric oven, induction hob, combi microwave, a boiling-water tap and dishwasher, and living spaces kitted out with a Sky Glass TV and Bose and Sonos sound. Two wood-burning stoves, gas central heating and underfloor heating keep things warm. The four bedrooms — a ground-floor king with en-suite, a further king en-suite, another king and a bunk room — are served by four bathrooms including a ground-floor wet room, with a travel cot and highchair available. Outside is built for holidays: a fire pit, barbecue, pizza oven, outdoor shower and secure garden storage for bikes and kayaks, plus that all-important gate to the coast path and beaches. Off-road parking takes three cars, with room for two more at the roadside. The house does not accept pets.
