Spacious, Comfortable Living

Inside, a beautifully presented living room has two large sofas, a bay window, French doors to the garden and a TV with Sky and a Nintendo Wii. A separate, spacious dining room seats the whole party for a celebration meal. The kitchen has a breakfast area, an electric oven, a gas hob, a microwave, a fridge/freezer and a dishwasher, with a separate utility room housing the washing machine. Gas central heating, electricity, bed linen, towels and Wi-Fi are all included, and a travel cot, highchair and stairgate are available on request.

Five Bedrooms

The five bedrooms sleep up to ten: three double rooms — one with its own en-suite shower room — and two twin rooms, comfortable and freshly decorated throughout. In addition to the en-suite there is a family bathroom with a bath, making the layout well suited to two families sharing.

Outside, a large courtyard garden has a patio, a sitting-out area, garden furniture and a barbecue, with a private six-person hot tub to unwind in after a day at the beach. The integral garage has been turned into a games room with table tennis, table football and darts — great for keeping everyone entertained. There is private parking for up to five cars, and the property is no-smoking throughout.

The pretty seaside village of Mumbles, with its promenade and attractions, is a short drive, while the city of Swansea, around four miles away, offers shops, restaurants, theatre, the marina and maritime museum, and the Liberty Stadium.
