The separate kitchen is well equipped with an electric oven and hob, microwave, fridge, freezer, dishwasher and washing machine, and leads out to the enclosed garden. Gas central heating, electricity, bed linen, towels and Wi-Fi are all included.

Three Bedrooms and a Walk-In Shower

Upstairs there are three bedrooms — a double, a twin and a single — comfortably sleeping up to five. The shower room has a walk-in shower with a shower seat and grab rail. With level access at the front and the living space, kitchen and garden all on the ground floor, the layout works well for guests who prefer to take things easy.

Garden, Bike Store and Parking

Outside, there is an enclosed garden with a sitting-out area and garden furniture — a lovely spot for an evening meal — plus a bike store and some garage space for storing bikes. There is driveway parking for one car, and use of the owners’ electric car charging point is available on request, at cost. The cottage is no-smoking throughout.
