Moriah is one of three rentals which have been converted from traditional old farm buildings into comfortable holiday accommodation that welcomes pets, and with the rolling hills beckoning, you can spend some true quality time together. The one bedroom cottage is in a lovely garden setting and has breathtaking views of the Snowdon Mountains. With easy access to Bangor city centre where tourists will love the sidewalk bistros and restaurants and museum as well as good entertainment at the Pontio theatre.

Perfectly Located for all Leisure Activities
The Snowdon Mountains and the Snowdonia National Park are known for the wealth of outdoor activities that one can pursue. Hiking enthusiasts are in for a treat as there are a number of well know hikes within the area. Owing to the good weather most of the time and the wonderful scenery, outdoor activities like hiking, cycling, horse riding, and fishing are very popular. A Bangor self-catering cottage is the perfect base from which to visit everything of interest. Bangor is situated on the edge of the Menai Strait which is bridged in two places.
The Welsh Highland Railway is a great way to experience some of the beauty of the area. Pulled by steam locomotives, the train takes a 25-mile journey from Caernarfon and chugs to the foothills of the Snowdon Mountains. Once the train leaves this area it winds its way down again to Beddgelert, through the Aberglaslyn Pass and on to Porthmadog.
