WELCOME TO LLANDUDNO THE QUEEN OF RESORTS AND NO.9 CRAIG Y DON PARADE

No.9 Palm Court offers 3 fabulous self-catering apartments with superb sea views situated right on the promenade in a Grade 2 Listed Victorian Terrace. All holiday apartments have fantastic views over Llandudno Bay with the sea just yards away. The apartments are within an easy walking distance of local shops, pubs/restaurants/takeaways, hairdressers, Churches, Local Park, Llandudno Theatre (Venue Cymru), Little Orme, Great Orme with cable car, historic pier, children's paddling pool, Bodafon open farm.

The apartments are available for short breaks from the end of October to March and if we have last-minute cancellations at other times.

APARTMENT 1 ON THE GROUND FLOOR

Entrance hall leading to very large lounge traditionally furnished with comfortable lounge suite, flat screen television, DVD. There is additional sea view bay window seating along with occasional table and dining table and chairs, double glazing central heating and electric fire.

The kitchen is well equipped with full sized cooker, dishwasher, fridge/freezer, microwave, dishwasher, toaster, breakfast table and chairs, iron and ironing board, gas central heating boiler.

The large bedroom has one double and one single bed with wardrobe and dressing table bedroom seating, hairdryer & central heating.

Bathroom and toilet en-suite with full sized bath and Mira electric shower over.

APARTMENT 2 ON THE FIRST FLOOR

Entrance lobby leading to seafront lounge with comfortable 3 piece lounge suite, additional bay window seating, flat screen television, DVD, central heating, double glazing, electric fire.

Front bedroom overlooking the sea with a 5ft double and single beds, wardrobe, dressing table, bedroom chair, hairdryer central heating & wash hand basin.

The second bedroom with a double and single beds wardrobe, wash hand basin, central heating

Separate toilet.

Bathroom with full sized bath Mira shower over.

Kitchen with full sized electric cooker, dishwasher, fridge/freezer, dishwasher, microwave, toaster, central heating boiler, iron, and ironing board. Dining table and chairs.

APARTMENT 3 ON THE SECOND FLOOR

Entrance lobby leading to lounge overlooking the sea with central heating electric fire comfortable lounge suite, additional window seating, flat screen television, DVD, coffee table.

Front bedroom with sea views has a double and single bed, combination wardrobe, hair dryer, wash hand basin, bedroom chair & central heating.

Second back bedroom has a double and single bed, combination wardrobe, wash hand basin, central heating.

Large well-equipped kitchen with full sized electric cooker, dishwasher, fridge/freezer, dishwasher, microwave, toaster, iron and iron board, central heating boiler. There are a large dining table and chairs.

Separate toilet and wash hand basin.

Apart from the great local facilities within a short distance, we have the famous Bodnant Gardens, Snowdonia, Conwy Valley, Betws y Coed and the Isle of Anglesey.

There are great opportunities for cycle hire, fishing, surfing ( Surf Snowdonia ), Zip World at Penrhyn Quarry, and bird watching at RSPB Conwy Reserve, or just plain strolling and walking in this fabulous area. Many guests especially those that return year after year just enjoy the views and watching the world go by.
