Beautiful former 17th centaury Corn Mill now a luxury holiday home full of character set in a most wonderful location at Cynwyd, Nr Corwen next to a waterfall and mountain stream.
The rental is full of original features and both comfortable and period furniture fill the spacious accommodation which has been lovingly restored. The property now offers luxury accommodation for eight people over three floors.
This area of Denbighshire has much to recommend it; foremost must be the beauty of the countryside then the many places to visit and activities to enjoy.
Corwen is just pretty little village just three miles away and has an assortment of shops, pubs and takeaways. Llangollen is just ten miles and has a variety of shops pubs, country Inns and restaurants serving fine food using the very best Welsh ingredients. Llangollen also offers horse-drawn canal trips on narrow boats across the highest aqueduct along the canal system at Pontcysyllte. For steam train enthusiasts, The Llangollen heritage steam railway runs through the Dee valley from Llangollen to Carrog.
You enter the hall and through to the large beamed lounge with wood burner, dining area and patio doors that open onto the terrace with stunning views. The kitchen is well equipped and has a small utility room. There is also a bathroom on the ground floor with WC and shower.
On the first floor there is a large double bedded room with 5 bed and en-suite bathroom, a double bedroom with 5 bed and doors to a roof terrace. The second floor: has two twin bedded rooms both with sloping ceilings and a shower room.
All linen, towels and duvets are provided, central heating is included from 1st April to 30th September an additional charge of 25.00 per week is required for other dates. The first supply of logs is provided free of charge.
