Pines Caravan Park
The Pines Caravan Park is set in upper Wye valley, a few miles south of Rhayader and a few miles north of Llandrindod Wells. Those who have not visited Mid Wales before will be surprised by how peaceful it is - our roads are quiet, and spectacular and varied scenery abounds. You will find little evidence of a 'rush hour' in the local villages, many of which seem to have bypassed progress.
A comprehensive range of pursuits are available locally and include:
Bowls - fine greens with competitions including the Welsh finals held at Llandrindod Wells in August.
Golf - 18 hole courses at Builth Wells and Llandrindod Wells.
Arts and theatre - Wyeside Arts Centre at Builth Wells offers high class and varied programs throughout the year.
Fishing - in the Rivers Wye and Irfon. Coarse fishing in the lake at Llandrindod Wells.
Welsh National Showground - regularly in use with events including the annual Royal
Welsh Show in July.
Squash, tennis, pony-trekking, Spa Water, sauna, swimming pool, hiking, climbing, bicycle hire also available.
Victorian Festival - held at Llandrindod Wells in August.
