Ticket Details and Venue Information

A limit of 8 tickets per person and per credit card applies. So if you purchase more than 8 tickets, the excess will be cancelled. The venue adds a £2.85 per ticket renovation levy to your booking total.

Under 14s must be accompanied by an adult over 18 at all times. However, if you wish to purchase a ticket for a baby under two years old, contact the venue in advance.

What You Can Bring

Standard compact cameras and phone photography are fine. However, the venue will confiscate professional or long lens cameras, selfie sticks, video cameras, iPads and GoPros. Do not bring food or drink into the arena, though the venue operates concessions inside.

Prefer not to bring a bag, as this speeds up entry for everyone. If you do need one, limit yourself to one small bag no larger than A4 size (29×21×15cm). Meanwhile, the cloakroom charges per item for coats and smaller belongings.
