Conwy Feast 2026
Conwy Feast returns to the quayside of this magnificent walled town on 23, 24 and 25 October 2026. One of Wales’s best-loved food festivals, it takes place against the backdrop of Conwy’s medieval castle and town walls — a setting that makes it one of the most atmospheric food events anywhere in Britain.
The festival centres on Conwy Quay and the surrounding event zones within the town walls, showcasing the best of Welsh food and drink alongside artisan producers from across the country. Expect dozens of market stalls, local seafood — Conwy is famous for its mussels — street food, chef demonstrations, and a convivial atmosphere with live music throughout the weekend.
Conwy’s location on the North Wales coast makes it an ideal base for a weekend break. The Conwy Valley stretches south into Snowdonia, and the A55 expressway links the town to the resorts of the north Wales coast in either direction. Llandudno, Betws-y-Coed and the Conwy Valley are all within easy reach for a longer stay.
The town itself has a good range of accommodation, from hotels within the old walls to B&Bs on the quayside, but October festival weekends fill up quickly. Nearby Llandudno is a larger resort town with more options if Conwy itself is fully booked.
