Ty Broc Cottage - Aberporth
SORRY THIS COTTAGE IS NO LONGER AVAILABLE ON OUR SITE
Ty Broc is 300m up the hill from the beach and is a split-level house to Sleeping 8.
It has 4 bedrooms; 1 king, 1 double, 1 twin, 1 bunk bedded; and 2 bathrooms, 1 en-suite and 1 family bathroom with both a bath and a large shower.
The family sized well-equipped kitchen is on the mezzanine level and has a south facing patio.
The main lounge is upstairs and has extensive views across the bay.
Outside, there is a good sized garden with large patio, barbeque/dining area, and a shed for your stuff. The garden and area and its lawns are fenced and dog/small childproof.
This is on the mezzanine/ground floor and entered by both the front door from via gently sloping ramp from the car parking area, as well as via a French window from the level south facing patio.
In the entrance hall there is a bench for footwear changes, and hooks for coats and hats. Off the entrance hall, there is a toilet with WC and a washing machine.
The kitchen has a dual fuel range cooker, a microwave oven, a fridge/freezer and a good selection of cookware. The farmhouse table will seat 6 in comfort, 8 at a squeeze, on a mixture of benches, chairs, and stools, and a TV to stop the kids wasting their time by reading improving books.
Just outside is the patio with table and benches for al fresco eating (and the barbeque is close by).
Lower Ground Floor
Downstairs from the kitchen on the lower ground floor, there are three bedrooms and a large family bathroom.
Bedroom 1 has twin beds, a washbasin, and a TV.
Bedroom 2 is essentially a children's room and has 3-foot bunk beds.
Bedroom 3 has a king sized bed, a wash basin and a TV (it also has a decent sea view through the picture windows but its a bit public when the postie drives by so most people keep the curtains drawn!).
Up the (metal and pitch pine) staircase from the kitchen to the upper floor is the lounge with excellent views across the bay and coastline. It has an extendable oval table to seat 8/10, an old farmhouse settle, plenty of chairs and two settees, a bookcase, a bookcase a TV, and an internet hub.
The Master Bedroom is reached via the lounge; it has a King sized bed and an en-suite shower. The views from the bedroom windows are excellent.
Through the kitchen patio door, there is a large south facing patio tables and benches, a barbeque, a decent sized lawn for you and your kids to play on (please clean up after your dog), and a shed to store your beach stuff.
