This area of West Wales is a great destination for holidays and breaks away, set high above the Teifi Valley, on the lower slopes of the Cambrian Mountains, Pant-Teg is an ideal base to unwind and enjoy the peaceful tranquillity of the countryside yet within easy driving distance of the many attractions the surrounding area has to offer. For our more energetic guests, who enjoy outdoor activities, we have a dry-room, hosepipes and safe storage for bikes, rods etc.

Hand and bath towels are supplied and comfortable beds made up with crisp bed linen ready for your arrival.

A welcome pack is provided with tea, coffee, sugar, a pint of milk, bottle of wine, fresh fruit, chocolates, our own fresh eggs and home made cakes or biscuits.

A full cleaning service with fresh bedding and towels is provided for stays of more than one week.

Well behaved dogs are welcome but we do ask that they be kept out of the bedrooms and that they bring their own bedding and so will feel at home. Also please do not leave them alone in the Cottages as it is their holiday as well and just keep a check on them in the grounds as we have two cats, turkeys, chickens, with sheep in the surrounding fields, all who do not appreciate being chased!

Pant-Teg Cottage (Sleeps 4)

Once a pottery, has now been converted into a comfortable and well equipped Cottage. Set high up on a bank behind the house enjoying a tranquil privacy surrounded by meadows of grazing sheep and magnificent valley views. The cottage has its own patio, tables and chairs and bbq.

There are four stone steps leading up to the Cottage which is then all on one level.

Open plan kitchen, diner and lounge, having a dining table and chairs, two comfy sofas, Freeview TV, DVD, CD radio cassette, and broadband access, all manner of items to make your stay comfortable and homely.

King size bedroom with plenty of storage and an en suite shower, toilet and hand basin.

Twin bedroom also with amply of storage and an en suite shower, toilet and hand basin.

The Kitchen is well equipped with: electric oven & grill, gas hob, fridge-freezer, slow cooker, dishwasher, all china, crockery, pots, pans and utensils, iron & board, washing machine, cleaning products, in fact everything you should need!

Pant-Teg Bach (Sleeps 2)

Located on the East side of the house facing South overlooking the most magnificent valley views. Stepping from the lounge through French doors is a large balcony surrounding the property with chairs and table where you can relax and unwind to the peace and tranquillity of nature.

The Cottage is all on the same level and benefits from under floor heating for year round comfort.

Entrance porch: an area for coats and shoes, also a washing machine and drying rack.

Open plan kitchen, diner, lounge: table and chairs by the window with an extremely busy nut feeder making mealtimes most entertaining! Two seater, reclining sofa, Freeview TV, DVD, CD, radio, selection of tourist information leaflets and maps, also books and games to make your stay comfortable and homely.

Kitchen is equipped with: fridge, freezer, ceramic hob, electric oven & grill, microwave, all china, crockery, pots, pans, utensils, iron & board etc. In fact hopefully everything you should need!

Double bedroom: with a zip linked king size bed or twin beds, dressing table, bedside tables and plenty of wardrobe storage.

Shower room: walk-in shower, toilet and hand basin.

There is no smoking in either Cottages and so we respectfully ask guests to smoke in the grounds only.
