Stay at Sheriffs Lodge at Llangadog a holiday cottage in a most unique rural Welsh setting. Located in the beautiful countryside on the border of the Brecon Beacons National Park, Sheriffs Lodge is a sight to behold.
The pets welcome cottage is set near picturesque rolling hills and has spectacular views of The Black Mountains. It shares a cobblestone courtyard with a carriage driving centre and the owners' stables. It also features enclosed gardens with table and chairs.
The garden is a perfect relaxing spot in beautiful weather and makes a great playground for children. The parking facilities and grounds are shared and guests staying at the cottages may be accompanied by a well-behaved pet. The cottage echo's old-world charm and character which makes it truly exceptional.
Sheriff's lodge can sleep up to four people. The lounge consists of a wood-burning stove, a DVD, and a Freeview TV. The living area has a wooden floor and the kitchen is open plan with a dining area. The kitchen is fully equipped with all the utensils you need to make delicious, home-cooked meals. Narrow, open-tread stairs lead you to the first floor where you will find the double bedroom and bathroom. The bathroom has a shower attachment and a toilet. The twin bedroom is located on the second floor.

The peaceful and lovely atmosphere that surrounds the lodge creates the perfect holiday mood all year round. The stunning rolling hills, spectacular scenery, and numerous attractions make Llangadog a must-visit for holidaymakers and adventure seekers alike.
The village offers a lot in terms of tourist attractions and lets you indulge in activities you can only try out in the countryside as you get away from it all. The Red Kite Feeding Centre and the local rivers offer lovely fishing areas where buzzards are in plenty. The mountain streams and rivers are filled with Trout, Sewin, and Salmon.
The picturesque area is perfect for bird watching, carriage driving, cycling, and tranquil walks. Aberglasney Gardens and the National Botanical Gardens of Wales are just a short drive away and are worth a visit. Llandovery and Llandeilo are ancient market towns located nearby that offer rich history. Llandeilo is filled with many interesting shops, a medieval castle and an antique centre. If you want to sample some delicious cuisine, visit the town of Llangadog which has many lovely eateries and pubs.
