Golfers can enjoy Ashburnham Golf Course (0.5 miles) one of the oldest and finest golf courses in Wales. There are plenty of tasty eateries in the village and set in 500 acres of stunning parkland is Pembrey Country Park and beach which has plenty of fun activities for the whole family to enjoy including adventure playgrounds, crazy golf, Waless longest toboggan run and a dry ski slope. Finally, if you love motorsport then the Pembrey circuit (5 miles) home of Welsh motorsport is a must-visit.

Step into this vibrant seaside property into the hallway from which you can access the kitchen/dining area, living room and downstairs WC. The kitchen is well equipped with a gas oven and hob, microwave, fridge/freezer, dishwasher and washing machine. The dining table is a great place to sip your morning coffee and watch the world go by and opens out to seat 8 for a nice family dinner. The beautifully designed living room complete with a Smart TV has plenty of comfortable seating for everyone making it a great space to pull out those family board games and have some fun together. On the first floor, you will find a king-size master bedroom with an ensuite shower room with a shower and WC, a double bedroom with ample wardrobe space and the family bathroom which includes a shower over bath and WC. One more flight of stairs up, and on the second floor, you have a spacious bunk room with two singles, desk space and telescope and to complete the accommodation is a delightful twin bedroom again both with ample wardrobe space.

As well as the enclosed garden space at the front of the property which includes tables and chairs, you also have a private enclosed garden to the rear of the property. Here you have a dining table and chairs to accommodate 8 people, perfect for enjoying some alfresco dining and there is a useful outdoor hose for cleaning off the sand after a day at the beach. There is private parking for 1 car and on-road parking (subject to availability). Bike storage in the garage can be arranged with the owner prior to arrival.

Dogs are charged at £20 each per full or part week.
