Lligwy View at Dafarn Rhos is in a most wonderful part of Anglesey!
BEACH location, stunning scenery and peaceful setting - the ideal place to stay for a holiday at any time of year; beside the coast in the countryside.
What ever the weather relax in the cosy sitting rorce Isle of Anglesey small holding with land bordering the large sandy beach at Lligwy, the coastal path and a cycle path. Lligwy View is very popular with people of all ages; families, couples and friends for a relaxing, fun, sporting or romantic break. It is within Anglesey's designated AONB (area of outstanding natural beauty); one of four throughout the wales.
A stone fronted HOUSE LLIGWY VIEW was built in 2006 on the site of the old dairy with stunning views from all rooms. Dafarn Rhos is a 34 acre small holding bordering the beach at Lligwy.
The BEACH is only a 2 minute walk down the field in front of the house or down the dead end lane.
LLIGWY VIEW 4 bedrooms sleeps up to 8. A couple can book the ground floor only.
Relax summer or winter, rain or shine, in this modern bright spacious house, with breath taking ever changing views of the sea as the tide gently washes or crashes over the sands. Stunning views from all rooms (excluding bathrooms). 4 STAR
In the comfort of this wonderful home look out for dolphins or porpoise jumping playfully, local fishing or sail boats bobbing by or the variety of birds including herons and barn owls flying over the marsh which borders the beach.
The BEACH is only a 2 minute walk through two fields in front of the house or down the dead end lane.

Dining room: Dining table (extendable) and chairs for 8 and 2 seater sofa. Window full length of room with view of the beach, sea and coastline.
Bedroom; Carpeted. Can be either super king bed or twin beds. French doors with view of the Bay leading to the patio. TV socket
En-suite wet room. Tiled throughout. Shower, bath, WC and washbasin.
LLIGWY VIEW UPSTAIRS
Double bedroom. Carpeted. King size bed, window with view of the bay. TV socket
Round window bedroom: Carpeted. Can be either super king bed or twin beds. Window views over countryside and to the sea.
Twin room. Carpeted. Twin cabin beds with window overlooking Bay.
Bathroom; Bath, separate shower and wash basin.
Separate WC. Fully tiled with washbasin.
OUTSIDE; Front garden has grass, paved area and flower beds. Patio area with garden table and chairs. Gravelled parking area for 3/4 cars. Drop off area to paved ramp (or 2 steps) leading to patio area and front door.
HEATING: Oil. The ground floor has under floor heating in all rooms. All rooms upstairs have radiators with individual thermostatic controls.
No gas in the property.
A heat exchange unit is connected to all rooms.
There is a built in internal vacuum system.
WHEELCHAIR ACCESSIBLE - Lligwy View was built in 2006. It was designed with wheelchair accessibility. A flat drop off point in a car beside the specially designed ramp (there are 2 optional steps for anyone not wishing to use the ramp), level entrance floor through main front door. All doors are wider than standard and level with the floor. The whole of the ground floor is wheelchair accessible - ground floor bedroom with en suite wet room, kitchen, living and dining areas. The largest island (approx 25 miles square), off the North Wales coast and connected to the main land by two bridges for vehicles (no charges) and trains.
Dafarn Rhos is about 20 minutes drive from either bridge.
Snowdonia is approx a 40 minute drive from Lligwy View at Dafarn Rhos.
Manchester and Liverpool are appox a 2 hour drive from Lligwy View at Dafarn Rhos
Dublin with the shortest crossing by ferry to Ireland from Holyhead - approx 45 minutes drive from Lligwy View at Dafarn Rhos. Day trips are very popular.
