Quayside is a beach and harbour side first floor holiday apartment in historic Cemaes Bay village, just perfect for family seaside holidays and relaxing winter breaks. Recently decorated in the old school house building built originally in 1845.
With two bedrooms can accommodate 4 people. Up to 2 pets welcome. Prices fully inclusive of linen, towels, unlimited WiFi, parking for minimum 2 cars/trailers etc, power , secure storage for bicycles or small boat and end of stay cleaning
2 bedroom (1 king-size double bed ,TV and DVD + 2 single beds) first floor apartment in excellent position in historic Cemaes village by the harbour. With large private car park and access the harbour so close "Quayside" ideal for guests with sailing boats. Literally a stones throw away from the harbour, 3 sandy, dog friendly beaches and a quaint,charming High St which maintains a wonderful air of yesteryear. Although at the rear of the building the large shared front garden enjoys sea,beach and harbour views and the front door of the building is literally 50 yards from the promenade and harbour. You can see how close we are to the beach and promenade on accompanying Google satellite map. One of 6 apartments in what was originally Cemaes Bay School House. Park your car(s) on the large private tarmaced car park for residents use only and explore Cemaes Bay or use as a base to explore the rest of the island. Cemaes is ideally suited for family beach-side holidays or quiet winter retreats. Boat trips daily during the summer and fishing from the breakwater all year. Bull Bay golf course a five minutes drive away makes Quayside ideal for a golfing break.
Report in The Times Aug 14 stated that since 1995 Cemaes Bay has had the 2nd biggest house price increase in the UK (285%) !!!! Walkers and birdwatchers can access the coastal path which runs through the bay and around the whole island and golf course on the doorstep.Cemaes is a multiple winner in the annual "Wales in Bloom" competition.It partly owned by the National Trust and designated as an Area of Outstanding Natural Beauty(ANOB). In the 1960s the iconic Danger Man TV series with Patrick Mcgoohan was partly filmed in Cemaes Bay
Quiet and safe environment particularly for children as a bypass skirts the village with only local traffic accessing the High St Up to 2 well behaved pets are welcome. There are several pet friendly pubs/restaurants in Cemaes all serving good value food within a 100 yards of the apartment. A comfortable, good value, no nonsense, pet friendly holiday apartment for families or couples alike. Which ever season you visit Cemaes Bay will not disappoint. Pets are charged at £25 per pet.
