Rooms
Your bed for the night is in the old, stone cart house, which has been sensitively converted to provide a cosy, oak beamed haven for you to relax in.
The rooms are high quality and simply furnished, combining natural materials with the luxuries of modern living.
There is a cosy lounge for you to relax in and a wood burning stove for those chilly evenings after the sun goes down.
Food
Situated as we are in the heart of a rural landscape it would be crazy to do anything other than make the most of the wonderful food that is produced and reared here.
Therefore wherever possible what you will eat for breakfast will have travelled as little as possible and we will know its provenence.
So to complement our home baked bread, you can choose from free range eggs, local bacon and sausages and if you're lucky some homegrown fried tomatoes, or seasonal mushrooms as well.
Activities
Situated as we are with the sea, rivers and mountains so close by, there are lots of things to do; from leisurely walks, or painting to more energetic pursuits like kayaking and parascending.
