Owens Barn Mumbles is a recently renovated stone property dating back to the 14th century. It has been awarded a Gower Society Design Award and plaque for its sympathetic conversion. It is located in the heart of the village of Newton just above the popular seaside village of Mumbles on the Gower Peninsula South Wales.
Our Mumbles Self Catering Cottage is split into two self contained units comprising of the main barn sleeping 4 people and the Stable which has one double bedroom sleeping 2. Depending on availabilty both units can be let together and there is access between the two.
The Self Catering Cottage forms part of the enclosed farmhouse and barn known as New Hill Farm. It is an historic, period farmhouse with parts dating back as early as 1310.

Sorry no pets or smoking allowed in either unit. Owen's Barn is considered unsuitable for children under 10.
