Gower Holiday Cottages at Penrice Castle and its surrounding Estate lie in the heart of the Gower Peninsula in South Wales just 20 mins out of Swansea. The Estate offers holiday accommodation and Short Breaks in sixteen self catering Gower holiday cottages overlooking Oxwich Bay.
Visitors have access to the historic park and gardens at Penrice and free entry to nearby Oxwich Bay car park owned by the Estate. Events and wedding receptions available on the Estate by arrangement. Gower was the first Area of Outstanding National Beauty in Britain and is ideal for walking, bird watching, boating, golf, watersports, horse riding and fishing. Short breaks are available out of season.
All of our Gower holiday cottages have gas central heating, televisions and DVD players, CD/radios and hair dryers unless otherwise stated.
Gas and electricity costs are included.
Tennis court available for use by cottage visitors. Tennis coaching and massage treatments are available by private arrangement.
Private trout fishing is available.
Home cooked food prepared by our cook can be ordered in advance for the day you arrive.
All bed linen is provided and beds are made up with duvets ready for visitors arrival. Travel cots and highchairs are available but not cot linen.
Visitors should bring their own towels and tea towels. Towels can be provided at an extra charge by prior arrangement.
Garden furniture and BBQ are in each house.
Logs are provided free of charge.
Baby sitting can be arranged on request.
Bookings are Friday to Friday with arrival after 3.00pm and departure before 10.00am.
Mini-breaks available out of season only.
Basic shopping can be done if enough notice is given.
Well behaved dogs are welcome in every house maximum of two per house at an additional charge.
