Cefn Coed Holiday Cottages are situated near Pwllheli on the south
coast of the Llyn Peninsula with sweeping panoramic views of Snowdonia,
Cardigan Bay and the Meirionnydd mountains. Afonwen beach is only about
half a mile away with dozens of other sandy beaches within easy reach.
We have three cottages which are of high standards. Each
has a dishwasher, all have central heating, all rooms have fitted carpets
and the kitchens are fully equipped even down to a microwave in each.
Beudy and Sgubor hold the Wales Tourist Board Grade 4.
At Cefn Coed we supply free, the little extras you would not normally
expect - TV, dishwasher powder, washing up liquid, tea towels,
salt
and pepper, toilet rolls, bath cleaner, dishcloths.
Children are especially welcome. A safe, lawned playarea has swings
and slide and all baby equipment is supplied free of charge (cots,
high
chairs, nappy bucket, potty, toilet seat, waterproof sheet, bed protector,
stair gate).
Cefn Coed is the ideal base for a memorable holiday. Chwilog, the
nearest village, is about a mile away. It has its own pub, post
office cum village
store, and an excellent butchers. Pwllheli, the nearest sizeable
town, is 5 miles away, Criccieth is 3 miles and Caernarfon 21 miles.
