Set in beautiful countryside with spectacular views and walks direct from the cottage enabling exploration of the surrounding hills in complete and utter peace. There is easy access to North and Mid Wales including the Snowdonia National Park, the picturesque Cambrian coast, attractive villages, historic castles and rambling hills.
This traditional farmhouse offers many notable features, including exposed oak beams and inglenook stone fire surround for the wood burner.

There is a wide range of water sports available on Bala lake and white water rafting on the Tryweryn River. Bala is home to a narrow gage railway which runs alongside Llyn Tegid. Other activities include walking, golf, mountain biking, fishing, quad biking and climbing. Maesmor offers comfortable holiday accommodation over looking mountains, Bala lake and within walking distance of the town center which has plenty of shops, bars and restaurants.
