Llanfor is just 1 mile from the market town of Bala, with its famous lake. This attractive detached 18th century cottage, situated on a sheep farm, is at the end of a concrete farm road, providing an ideal private location surrounded by lovely views of the countryside. The cottage interior is full of charm and charater wityh a lovely black range in the main lounge. Many interesting walks can be taken directly from the cottage.

The traditional farmhouse offers many notable features, including exposed oak beams and inglenook stone fire surround for the wood burner.

Maesmor offers comfortable accommodation in an ideally situated semi-detached house within easy walking distance of the town centre which has plenty of shops, bars and restaurants. The property is conveniently located for guests wishing to take advantage of the water sports on offer at the lake and has superb lake views from one of the bedrooms and full central heating for those chilly winter nights.

We do have a converted barn that is ideal for staying in, at a very reasonable rate all year; it is situated in the country very good walking area and all outdoor activities. Very close to Bala Lake with its water sports. The cottages and barn do have a wood burner and we supply the logs, which is very nice to sit by in the evenings. They are peaceful with very good views of the country. Maesmor is a house on the outskirts of Bala a WTB grade four with a new kitchen, bathroom and conservatory which is ideal for any activity in the Bala area. Safe parking in all properties.
