TYN-Y-FRON SELF CATERING HOLIDAY COTTAGE is just 7 minutes walk into Betws y Coed with spectacular views accross the conwy valley in the heart of the Snowdonia National Park, detached, peaceful and tranquil with views over gardens and Garmon Mountain.The cottage was originally constructed in the early 1800's as a coach house and artist's studio. Rest assured it is in very good condition having recently been renovated and refurbished in December 07. We are proud to say Tyn-y-Fron Holiday Cottage has been awarded 4 stars by Visit Wales.

The cottage sleeps four to five and is available throughout the year, with lettings usually for a minimum of one week. Winter breaks available from late Autumn untill March. Owned by Lesley and Tony who are your neighbors, and happy to help with information.

LOUNGE
Original exposed beams with a high A frame ceiling, stone fireplace, comfortable leather settee and armchairs and a color TV with a DVD player. There is a small collection of books and board games for you to enjoy.

A Beautiful new fully fitted kitchen

BATHROOM
Newly fitted with a full bath with shower over and beautifully tiled.
Sleeping Accommodation... the two bedrooms, one double the other a large room with twin beds with plenty of room for a studio bed or cot, all beds have electric blankets for your added comfort.

BREAKFAST
You may wish to enjoy a full welsh breakfast in the main house where we provide luxury bed and breakfast this is available to cottage guests for £7.50. please book in advance.

SEVICES
Heating is by metered electricity with full electric central heating, meter reading taken at beginning and end of your stay. No coins required.

Bed linen and towels are provided and included in the price. Beds will be made up freshly ready for when you arrive.
