you recognise the Farm House has it has been used in a Welsh TV soap.
It is just a short walk the village of Waenfawr where you will find the village
shop, fish and chip shop inn where good food is served daily. There is also
a halt for the newly opened Welsh Highland Railway. Pony trekking and climbing
centres are also close to the village.
A ten minute drive from the farm house will take you to a very popular path
leading to the summit of Mount Snowdon.

Syr Huw is a very restful place for holidays in Snowdonia but not remote,
situated within easy reach of many of North Wales beaches & attractions.
Beddgelert the winning village of bloom, has Gelerts grave, the dog who
was slain by his master Prince Llewelyn by mistake. The rock pools along
the river
are ideal for a picnic and paddle. There is an award winning home-made ice-cream
shop with a mouth watering selection of flavours, also art & craft studios.

author of Rupert the Bear once lived in Beddgelert.
Caernarfon with its old town walls, cobbled streets, harbour and its famous
castle.
