Quiet and spacious, Talarfor self catering is situated one mile outside the busy seaside town and blue flag beach of Barmouth on the North West coast of Wales. It is approached via an access only lane and has the true benefit of parking outside your door. Ideally situated for beach or sight-seeing holidays, the perfect place for adults to relax and unwind. Children have the beach on their doorstep.
Talarfor is a two bedroom ground floor self catering holiday apartment that is well equipped with all the comforts of home and everything you might need to enjoy your Welsh holiday. This is an ideal setting to enjoy both the seaside and the mountains. It is suitable for busy families with young children, as a touring base or for visitors who want peace and quiet.
Enjoy spectacular beach and garden views from your private patio and a friendly welcome from the owner. Many visitors return year after year.
Accommodation
Talarfor sleeps 4 people (two bedrooms) and is well equipped with home comforts and everything you might need to enjoy your holiday including: cooker, microwave, washing machine and fridge-freezer for the kitchen, a large TV in the living room and a CD/radio. The living room is spacious with wonderful garden and beach views. Relax and enjoy meals on the patio and the sound of the sea greeting you as you open the doors. Alternately stroll for just two minutes down the lane and drink your coffee (or wine) on the beach!
Bedroom one is a large room with a double bed, single bed and room for a travel cot. The second bedroom is small with a single bed. All linen is supplied as well as bath and hand towels. The bathroom is equipped with a shower over the bath. There is plenty of hot water, central heating for the colder months and three extra electric fires. Five pounds worth of electric is included in the cost for the week.
Car parking for one car outside your door. Highchair available on request. Dogs are welcome by arrangement. There will be an extra cleaning deposit of £20. This is returnable only if the flat is left with no dog hairs. Totally non-smoking inside, this flat is owner supervised to ensure high standards. Children are welcome from any age.
Visitors are able to book Saturday to Saturday during the summer season, or for short breaks by arrangement over the winter. The owner is happy to answer any questions you may have.

Directions
By Car: Situated off the A496.
After leaving Barmouth towards Harlech go past the Ty'r Craig Castle Hotel and the Hendre Mynach Camp site on the left. Look for the lay-by with phone box.
Travel for approx 200 yards.
Talarfor is clearly visible on the left and approached via a narrow 'access only' lane down towards the sea.
By Bus: Take the number 38 bus from Barmouth. Ask for Fronoleu terrace bus stop.
By Train: Take the Cambrian Coastline train to Barmouth station. We are exactly a mile away along the promenade and there are usually cabs available.
By Plane: Nearest airports - Liverpool or Manchester approx 2 hours drive away.
