4 Star Beddgelert Self Catering Cottage Bron Meirion is a delightful rural holiday cottage at Nantmor between the coastal town of Porthmadog and the small popular rural village of Beddgelert in the Snowdonia National Park
Bron Meirion Self catering holiday cottage sleeps 6 + cot and can be found in the stunning Welsh countryside between the Snowdon mountain range and the North Wales coast in the sleepy village of Nantmor close to Beddgelert and Porthmadog. The Welsh Highland Railway passes close by and there is a halt at Nantmor.

Bron Meirion cottage is centrally heated by the combination of the oil fuelled Rayburn and the multifuel stove.
The cottage has three bedrooms, two double bedrooms (one with patio window leading onto a South facing balcony) and one twin bedroom.
All bedlinen & towels will be provided for guests.
Modern bathroom, bath with shower attachment and razor point.
The cottage has a pine kitchen which is fully equipped and includes Rayburn cooker, electric cooker, dishwasher, washer/dryer, microwave, pine table, six chairs and high chair. (Please ask to see the full inventory if you wish to see all the equipment that is provided). Also fridge/freezer
The sitting room has a multi fuel stove which burns anthracite or wood.
For guests convenience half bags of anthracite are left by the coalman with an honesty box arrangement for payment, small bags of wood may be purchased in Beddgelert.
We have a colour tv with digital reception, DVD. Archway through to study area, with Hi Fi
One dog is allowed by arrangement.
Electricity charged as extra via a card meter.
The cottage has immense charm and character with beamed ceilings, stable doors and painted stonework, three double bedrooms; one with a balcony.
Parking area for two cars, plus an area for alfresco dining, Nantmor is situated above the beautiful Glaslyn river valley. Scenic walks and rambles from the doorstep of the cottage include the fishermans path, which takes you along the rhododendron adorned slopes of the river Glaslyn to Beddgelert.
Enroute watch the canoeist challenge the river rapids. Permits can be obtained for river fishing. The majestic mountains, forests and glistening lakes; which could be called the Lake distict of Wales, all add to a wonderful holiday.
A little further afield is Porthmadog, a harbour town with steam train attractions, cinema, numerous shops, restaurants, Inns, an 18 hole golf course and driving range.
Nearby at Morfa Bychan, there is a long expanse of golden beach. Just six miles away we have the famous village of Portmeirion, and a little further afield are the Castles of Caernarfon, Criccieth and Harlech. Catch the local Sherpa bus to explore some of these places if you don't wish to drive.
