The cottages are centrally located in the Snowdonia National Park within easy reach of the Snowdonia Mountains and Coast. Set in the grounds of Llannerch Goch Country House. The Coach House is a detached cottage, Tryfan and Siabod are semi-detached. Ideal location for that well deserved romantic or family break where you can spend quality time together in a rural retreat and forget the pressures of everyday life!

Siabod Holiday Cottage
This newly converted cottage is traditional in style and was originally a shippon. It is situated in a perfect position 2 miles from Betws-y-Coed in the Snowdonia National Park.The cottage has a well equipped oak kitchen/dining room and a lounge. There are two bedrooms, both of which are en-suite. The double room has a kingsize bed and roll top bath, while the twin bedroom has a shower.
This comfortable cottage is centrally heated, double glazed, and there is a gas fire to keep you warm on those chilly winter evenings! From the spacious kitchen/dining area there are French doors opening onto patio area with garden furniture and magnificent views overlooking the Snowdonia Mountain range. The patio is great for al-fresco dining while enjoying the views of the mountains.The double bedroom en-suite is fully equipped with a roll top bath, toilet and basin. The twin en-suite has a shower, toilet and basin. There is also a toilet downstairs.
Tryfan Holiday Cottage
This newly converted cottage is contemporary in style and is on one level. It is situated in a perfect position 2 miles from Betws-y-Coed in the Snowdonia National Park.The cottage has a well equipped kitchen/dining room and a lounge. There are two bedrooms, both of which are en-suite. The double room has a kingsize bed and Jacuzzi bath, while the twin bedroom has a shower.

The Coach House Cottage
This 17th Century oak-beamed cottage with many original features, full of character and atmosphere has been lovingly restored by the owner Eirian Ifan. It is situated in a perfect position 2 miles from Betws-y-Coed in the Snowdonia National Park.
The cottage has a well equipped kitchen/dining room, lounge, bathroom, one twin bedroom and one double bedroom - all of which are beautifully decorated and maintained.This cottage is centrally heated, double glazed, and there is a wood burning stove effect gas fire to keep you warm on those chilly winter evenings! The bathroom is fully equipped with a bath (shower over the bath), toilet and basin. There is a patio that is great for al-fresco dining while enjoying the views of the mountains.

Location
The picturesque village of Betws-y-Coed is just 2 miles away and the market town of Llanrwst 3 miles. Llannerch Goch is located within a varied landscape of mountains, woodland, lakes and rivers in beautiful countryside steeped in mystic Celtic history. It is an ideal location for visiting National Trust properties, the Itallian village of Portmeirion, Snowdon Mountain Railway and numerous Castles. and the nearby Capel Garmon neolithic burial chamber. We have many Restaurants and a Bistro popular for fine food and an emphasis on local produce 2 miles away in Betws-y-Coed.
Betws-y-Coed lies within the Conwy Valley at the confluence of the Conwy and Llugwy rivers. It is known as Wales' most famous inland resort and boasts high quality shops to cater for all tastes.
At the market town of Llanrwst you can marvel at the architecture of the bridge over the Conwy river designed by Inigo Jones for Sir Richard Wynn of Gwydir and then enjoy unrivalled cream teas in the unusual setting of the 16thC courthouse, now called Tu Hwnt i'r Bont. The area is famous for its waterfalls including the spectacular Swallow Falls.
Activities
Staying in the Conwy Valley offers plenty of opportunities for those who enjoy outdoor activities of all kinds. For those who enjoy walking there are walks of all grades of difficulty ranging from mighty Snowdon which has it's own mountain railway to the more leisurely walks in the nearby Gwydir Forest and the valley floor.
Fishing opportunities vary from the upland reservoir of Llyn Brenig to trout and salmon fishing along the Conwy river down to the sea itself. Mountain biking and cycling are catered for - the Gwydir Forest Park offers two cycling routes including the Marin Trail and bikes are available for hire at Beics Betws. We provide lockable cycle storage for guests.
Tree Top Adventure is just a couple of miles away and features aerial ropeways for those seeking thrills. The Plas-y-Brenin National Mountain Centre at Capel Curig offers a range of courses and taster sessions during the summer months including skiing, climbing and canoeing. There are bowling facilities, a leisure centre and swimming pool at Llanrwst, a golf course at Betws-y-Coed and a pony trekking centre at Penmachno.
The area's industrial past can be visited at the Trefriw Woollen Mill. The National Trust own many attractions in the area - from Ty Mawr Wybrnant which is the birthplace of William Morgan (1545-1604) the first translator of the whole bible into Welsh, to the world famous Bodnant Gardens.
