Tyn-Y-Fron Luxury Guest House and Holiday cottage. A magnificent stone property standing in its own grounds. Set in the beautiful Snowdonia National Park on the edge of the village of Betws-y-Coed, sit and enjoy a traditional Welsh Breakfast (Locally sourced) whilst admiring spectacular views across the Conwy Valley and into Betws. We enjoy a peaceful setting and yet we are only a seven minutes walk from the village.
This period family property has the benefit of a 5 Star Award by Visit Wales.
You can be sure of quality in all things, we have only five bedrooms, and pride ourselves in taking extra care to ensure you have not only what you need but whatever you want. The atmosphere is relaxed, and informal with a warm friendly service.
Two bedroom charater cottage sleeps 4-5, Beautifuly modernised and refurbished.
Accommodation
Accommodation consists of luxury Bed and Breakfast in the main house, or on a self catering basis in the Tyn-y-Fron Holiday Cottage. Which ever you choose you can be sure of Quality accommodation and a really warm welcome, we will do all we can to ensure your stay is special. Every attention is made to detail, where the little extras come as standard.
If you are a single traveller we will be happy to reduce the room rate by £15.00.
Bedrooms
All bedrooms are individually designed for your comfort, so that it is as special as your stay at Tyn-Y-Fron, whether for a romantic week-end away or a activity break. we include the little extras that make a big difference Bring your Lap-top and you can stay in touch via our 8 Meg WiFi Internet Connection. Either a Valley or a Mountain view.
Valley View Suite
Just as the name says the views from this magnificent quality room are wonderful. The giant picture window allows the light to fill the room, you can sit and relax in the large leather recliners and just drink in the views. The huge Super King Bed with the most comfortable of mattresses allows for the best nights sleep and as we serve you breakfast in the room you can take your time in the morning and we will do the rest. A fully tiled en suite walk in shower completes the modern and contemporary suite.
Mountain Sunset Suite
A very large and spacious room with a leather Super King sledge bed with sumptuous linen. Decorated in creams chocolate and mocha, a relaxing and sophisticated room with stunning views over the valley and Mountains of Snowdonia where you can sit and enjoy the leather chairs and foot stool and watch the sun set. Creature comforts indulged with T.V. D.V.D. and 300 free view channels, hospitality tray, clock/radio/ipod docking station, hair dryer,electric blanket, toiletries, mood and reading lighting. There is a Large Bathroom with a big bath (shower over) so you can soak away the aches of the day and take in the view at the same time .

A Beautiful large room, bright and airy with a feel of real comfort. As well as a super-king bed (with electric blanket) and stag furniture, there is a full bathroom so you can enjoy a warm soak after the days activities. All creature comforts, TV, DVD, 300 Free serve channels, hospitality tray, hair dryer,clock/radio/ipod docking station, Range of toiletries, and lots of little extras. Reading and mood lighting. Quiet and peaceful. The comfy leather chairs look out over the tranquil secret courtyard garden with the very busy bird feeding station.
Bedroom2
A pretty, warm & cosy double room full of character, decorated in relaxing Mocha creams and dark chocolate, with en-suite Shower. Home from Home comforts include, TV, DVD, 300 channels via Free serve , hospitality tray, electric blanket. hair dryer, clock/radio and ipod docking station, ample toiletries, reading and mood lighting, and lots of little extras. views up Garmon mountain and the garden.a really delightful room.
Bedroom3 with 4 poster bed
This is a most charming and romantic room with a double 4 poster bed, Cream, Burgundy and chocolate decor complete this very stylish room. Comfy leather chairs look out over the breathtaking views of the valley and Mountains of Snowdonia. You will want to sleep with curtains open.
with an En-suite shower room, For you comfort there is a, TV, DVD, 300 channels via free serve, Hospitality tray, Clock/ Radio/ipod docking station, Electric blanket, Hair dryer, ample toiletries Reading and mood lighting, and lots of little extras.
Breakfast
The large Lounge/Breakfast Room with its open fire and picture windows with spectacular views looks out over the terraced gardens and village towards the distant wooded mountains. Here you can plan your day (we are happy to advise) as you start with a choice from our extensive breakfast menu. (Special diets catered for).
Cottage
We do not except pets in the Guest house but welcome them in our lovely cottage. Four to Five people can be accommodated in a double and twin room plus a folding bed is available for an extra guest. The cottage has recently been refurbished and offers all home comforts.
