Ty Gwilym Holiday Cottages are set in the heart of St Davids, very close to the Cathedral, restaurants and shops and yet, within ten minutes walk of the coastal path and five minutes drive from the Blue Flag beach at Whitesand Bay.
Ty Gwilym dates from the 18th century and has three lovely holiday cottages - Bwthyn Gwe, Bwthyn Lil and Ty Gwilym, sleeping a minimum of two, three and six people. They have been carefully restored to a high standard and retain many original period features.
They benefit from a sunny, secluded courtyard and garden, which overlook the Cathedral Bell Tower and surrounding countryside and have good off street parking - a rare feature in St Davids!
The cottages make an ideal base for exploring the Pembrokeshire coastline, the picturesque harbours, the 12th century Cathedral and Bishops Palace... or just the unique atmosphere of the smallest city in Great Britain!

Ty Gwilym was originally an old farmhouse and is the largest cottage, which sleeps six comfortably.
The spacious accommodation includes a lovely sitting room with original fireplace, gas open fire, comfortable sofas and chairs, Sony digital TV, DVD,CD player with iPod connection and Wi-Fi.
The quarry tiled hall has views of the Cathedral and the fully equipped kitchen provides a large table and chairs, washer/dryer, fridge/freezer, microwave and dishwasher. The downstairs utility room, with shower and toilet, gives stable door access to the sunny courtyard and south-facing garden.
Upstairs are two double bedrooms with comfortable beds and hand basins, and a third double with en-suite shower and far reaching views to the coast. There is also an upstairs sitting room with views over the Cathedral and countryside.
There is also a family bathroom with separate shower and bath. The cottage benefits from gas central heating, garden furniture and good car parking.

Bwthyn Lil is the oldest cottage, which sleeps three and has a raised balcony with spectacular views over Carn Llidi, Pen Beri and Ramsey Island.
The accommodation includes a large sitting room with oak beams, comfortable sofa and chairs, Sony digital TV, DVD, CD player with iPod connection and Wi-Fi.
There is a fully equipped kitchen/dining room with microwave, fridge, freezer and washer/dryer, as well as views across to Carn Llidi.
Upstairs there is a double bedroom with pocket sprung bed and fitted wardrobe and a single bedroom with spectacular views over the Cathedral and the countryside across to Whitesand Bay.

Bwthyn Gwe is a traditional stone Pembrokeshire cottage overlooking the secluded, south facing garden and makes a wonderful retreat for two people.

The accommodation includes a 28ft open plan ground floor with fully equipped kitchen with fridge, freezer and microwave.
There is a large bedroom with pocket sprung king size bed, wardrobe, hand basin and room for a cot.
The large bathroom includes a bath/shower and washing machine and the cottage benefits from gas central heating, garden furniture and good car parking.

We provide cotton sheets with feather and down duvets and pillows.We welcome well behaved dogs downstairs and the cottages are for non smokers.
We take bookings for short breaks during the low season, normally from November to February.
