Tower Hill is an 18th century St Davids cottage situated in the heart of St Davids (the UKs smallest city) but only 10 minutes walk from the Coastal Path. Tucked into the hillside just outside the ancient City walls, it enjoys breathtaking views of the mediaeval Cathedral, Bishops Palace and surrounding countryside, dominated by Carn Llidi. St Davids shops, restaurants, pubs and arts and crafts galleries are only a short stroll away, and a few minutes drive takes you to Caerfai and Whitesands beaches, as well as St Davids nine hole golf course.
The cottage has a 4 star rating from the Visit Wales Tourist Board, Tower Hill is the perfect self-catering holiday cottage. The house is furnished with a mix of antiques and contemporary furniture, and features pictures and ceramics by local artists. Wooden floors and quarry tiles are fitted throughout, and very effective heating is provided by electric night storage heaters in every room, and a woodburning stove in the sitting room.
At the rear of the cottage is a secluded walled garden which, sheltered from any coastal breezes, is a real sun trap.
