We welcome you to our 20 acre smallholding set in a scenic rural area set in a woodland valley. Observe our Shetland ponies grazing near the house, and waiting in front of the patio for any toast left over from breakfast!

Barley Villa is a non-smoking establishment offering traditional home cooked food. Enjoy a traditional breakfast of juice; cereals; grapefruit; cooked main course and toast with home made preserves, to set you up for the day. We use Pembrokeshire and locally home grown produce. Special diets are catered for. You can enjoy good, reasonably priced evening meals at local restaurants and Inns.

Double and twin en-suite rooms have hospitality trays, central heating, hair-drier, radio and comfortable beds with small library of books and magazines. Relax in the comfortable lounge/diner and enjoy a real coal fire on chilly evenings - watch television or play the selection of board games provided for guests - if you can stay awake long enough after a busy day exploring Pembrokeshire! Other facilities include private parking for cars and boats, packed lunches, bicycle storage, pick-up and drop off at coastal path for walkers and luggage transfers.

 

Pembrokeshire - often called "A Land of Enchantment" has much to offer. From coastal path walking, beautiful bays, bird islands, castles, country houses, interesting gardens and theme parks to the smallest city in Great Britain - St Davids, with its magnificent cathedral and the relics of its Bishops Palace. A visit to nearby Skomer or Skokholm islands to see the puffins from May to July will give you a memorable stay. From September on the seal pups are born around Martins Haven headland and Skomer Island bays and inlets. We are an ideal base for all interests; walking, cycling, horse riding, sightseeing, water sports and golf, or just relaxing on the beach. We can make any required advance bookings for your days activities.

We welcome guests from 4pm. onwards on day of arrival and respectfully ask that the room is vacated by 10.30am on departure day. We are a non-smoking establishment, catering for adults and young persons over the age of fourteen, in a comfortable home from home atmosphere.
