The Entrance Hall leads to the LOUNGE, which has a fireplace providing log burning stove, comfortable seating, Plasma screen TV with dvd player, and items of occasional furniture.
Across the hall the DINING ROOM has a large table seating 12 and a Victorian fireplace with log effect gas fire.
The KITCHEN is to the rear of the house, and is fully fitted with a large range style cooker, with double oven, Fridge with small freezer compartment, dishwasher and microwave oven.
There is a UTILITY ROOM with washing machine, tumble dryer, freezer and storage for boots, coats etc.
FIRST FLOOR
There is smaller SECOND LOUNGE which also has games for children, and a second TV and DVD player.
From all the bedrooms there are views over the rolling countryside.
DOUBLE BEDROOM with King sized bed and fitted wardrobes - this room also has access to the:
BUNK BEDROOM - which can have one door closed to be used completely independently from the hall way.
BEDROOM 3 on this floor also has a King sized bed.
The BATHROOM on this floor has bath, shower, wash handbasin and WC.
SECOND FLOOR
There are a further three bedrooms:

GARDEN & PARKING
The gardens adjacent to the house have ample room for children to play and adults to relax; garden furniture and barbecue are provided. HOT TUB.
There is also a further 2 acres of additional grounds for guests to enjoy along the farm lane, this area is separate to the house.
Adjacent to this is a small private all weather riding arena and a stone stable. Guests are welcome to bring their own horse, Livery available by arrangement.
There is ample parking for six cars adjacent to the property.
OTHER INFORMATION
There is full oil fired central heating throughout the property; heating will be charged at £70 per week - from 1st October to 30th March, (at all other times the heating is included) Electricity is included in the rental.
There will be a complimentary basket of logs and kindling for your arrival. The caretaker can arrange for additional supplies thereafter.
A cot and high chair and stair gate are provided.
Bed linen is provided for all the beds (which have duvets) and towels are available at £3 per guest.
