Shamrock Holiday Apartments are ideally situated on the level in a quiet avenue in Llandudno with a sunny aspect. Centrally positioned in the town centre and only minutes walk to Promenade and all amenities. There is parking at front and rear of the property. All Holiday Apartments have double glazing.
All Holiday Apartments have lounge, kitchen and bedroom heating, colour TV with Freeview, DVDs, cooker, fridge and microwave. They are all electric with their own meter (50p coin). (A. 4 (£1 coin). Linen and utensils are provided (except towels). Decoration is of high standard and cleanliness is assured. Kindly inform us of any equipment damaged.
A £100 deposit each Holiday Apartment per week is required when booking, the balance payable two weeks before arrival. Please make cheques payble to Mrs. S.Marriott. Deposits are not returned upon cancellation. We would strongly recommend taking out Holiday Insurance (an Insurance leaflet will be sent on confirmation of booking). During peak season (July/August), we can only accept Saturday-Saturday bookings. Early and late short breaks are available.
Apartments are ready for occupation from 2.00pm on day of arrival and must be vacated by 9.30am on the day of departure. Apartments are to be strictly occupied by the number originally booked in. Cots and highchairs are available on prior request. Well behaved dogs are welcome by arrangement.
Jasmine Cottage
Jasmine Holiday Cottage is a delightful character holiday home, situated on the level in a quiet lane in Llandudno Town Centre. The CONCEALED OFF ROAD PARKING (1 car) close by and just around the corner to all the amenities this Victorian resort has to offer, make the cottage an ideal place to stay ALL YEAR ROUND.
The Cottage has been renovated to a comfortable high standard, with double glazing and central heating. The kitchen, lounge and dining room have exposed beams to highlight its cottage charm. Being spacious, yet warm and cosy the cottage is also ideal for an early/late break, including Christmas.
The modern fitted kitchen is fully equipped with all utensils, including fridge/freezer, microwave, toaster, gas hob and full sized electric oven. The dining area is separated from the kitchen and lounge by archways. The lounge has colour TV with Freeview and a DVD and is comfortably furnished. An open plan staircase leads to the upstairs bedrooms and bathroom. The fully tiled bathroom has a large corner bath with shower hose attachment, a separate power shower, pedestal wash hand basin and toilet.
