Let Ann and Mike welcome you to their small holding situated three miles out side Caernarfon.
We offer 3 converted stone cottages with all the needs of modern day living. The three cottages enjoy a splendid rural location, yet are convenient for easy access to Snowdonia national park and the historic town of Caernarfon,Pwllheli and Porthmadog
On thesmallholding we have horses and ponies, and a few chickens. We have a orchard of about 70 fruit trees which look and smell beautiful in late April to the end of May and is a ideal area for BBQ's, picnics and for children to play.
Blue flag beach 2 miles [areas allocated for dogs throughout year]
We have ample parking for cars, boats and jet skies. We even offer grazing and stabling for your horse, if you want to make use of the mountain and coastal bridal paths in the area. We can also accommodate the cyclist with a extensive cycle path within 1 mile. Perfectly placed to visit all North Wales has to offer,

This is the largest of the three cottages. A converted barn the cottage comprises of 3 bedrooms.

These two cottages again are converted barns but comprise of two bedrooms.
