This North Wales coastal cottage accommodation in Llandudno, Jasmine Cottage is a delightful self catering holiday home, situated on the level in a quiet lane in Llandudno town centre with off road parking close by and just around the corner to all the amenities this lovely Victorian resort has to offer makes the Cottage an ideal place to stay ALL YEAR ROUND.
The Cottage has been renovated to a comfortable high standard with double glazing and central heating. The kitchen, lounge and dining room have exposed beams to highlight its cottage charm. Being spacious, yet warm and cosy, the Cottage is also ideal for an early/late break, including Christmas.
The modern fitted kitchen is fully equipped with all utensils, including fridge/freezer, microwave, toaster, full sized gas hob and electric oven The dining area is separated from the kitchen and lounge through archways. The lounge has a flat screen colour TV and a DVD and is comfortably furnished. An open plan staircase leads to the upstairs bedrooms and bathroom. The fully tiled bathroom has a large corner bath, separate shower, pedestal wash hand basis and toilet.
The three character bedrooms - a double, twin and single, are furnished in pine and have bedside table lamps. Beds are made up on your arrival with linen and duvet bedding, towels NOT provided.
Outside at the rear is a small enclosed patio area (a real sun trap!) with garden furniture, also a laundry room with a washing machine and ironing facilities.
Cot and highchair available. One small pet (by prior arrangement). Gas and electric are included.
A £150 DEPOSIT is required when booking. The balance is payable 2 months before your arrival. Please make cheques payable to Mrs. S. Marriott. Deposits are not returned upon cancellation. We would strongly recommend taking out Holiday Insurance (details on request). Jasmine Cottage is ready for occupation from 2.00 p.m. on day of arrival and must be vacated by 9.30 a.m. on day of departure.
