This 16th century Holiday let is ideally situated on the border of the Lleyn Peninsula, the Snowdonia National Park and Anglesey- located between Caernarfon and Porthmadog in North Wales. It is ideally located for visiting the many lovely beaches (Dinas Dinlle beach 4 miles) or for touring the villages and mountains of Snowdonia castles and steam engines. Within half a mile of the popular bicycle track (Lon Eifion) from Caernarfon to Porthmadog. Shop 3 miles , pub 2 miles.
This holiday let adjoins the main farmhouse.There are massive beams and stone walls to remind you of its age and former use with lots of heavy timbers and interesting features, but it is now a warm and comfortable family holiday home on a working farm.
The dining area / lounge are open to panoramic views of the country side with conservatory style doors leading out to the garden. There is also a sofa bed in this room.
There is a well fitted kitchen which has an electric cooker, microwave, fridge/freezer and a dishwasher, washing machine and tumble dryer. The living accommodation is bright and spacious and very comfortable. On the same floor there is a bedroom with 2 single beds and a bathroom with bath and shower in the bath.
Up 3 stairs there is a sitting room with a wood burner ( during the winter months).
From the lounge an open stairway leads up to a large family bedroom with a double and single bed.
There is plenty of parking space and a large garden.
