This 16th century Holiday cottage is ideally situated on the border of the Lleyn Peninsula, the Snowdonia National Park and Anglesey,- located between Caernarfon and Porthmadog in North Wales. It is ideally located for visiting the many lovely beaches (Dinas Dinlle beach 4 miles) or for touring the villages and mountains of Snowdonia. Within half a mile of the popular bicycle track (Lôn Eifion) from Caernarfon to Porthmadog. Shop 3 miles , pub 2 miles.

This well kept cottage has been converted from an old barn and grain store of the farm. There are massive beams and stone walls to remind you of its age and former use with lots of heavy timbers and interesting features, but it is now a warm and comfortable family holiday home on a working farm.

Stone stairs (9 steps) lead up to a porch which opens into the open plan living area which takes up all the top floor to make the most of the space and the pretty views of fields and hills. The sitting area has comfortable seating and plenty of books and games.

There is a dining area and a well fitted kitchen which has an electric cooker, microwave, fridge/freezer and a dishwasher. The living accommodation is bright and spacious and very comfortable. Internal stairs lead down to the three bedrooms and bathroom on the ground floor.

There is a large family room with a double bed, a single bed, a cot and a washbasin. The second double bedroom features a huge beam and has a washbasin, and there is a twin bedded room. The bathroom has an electric shower over the bath, basin and WC and a good size airing cupboard. A door from the hall leads out to a sunny, private and sheltered garden.
